Woodburn, the official residence of Governor Jack Markell , is located on Kings Highway in Dover. The Division of Capitol Police is responsible for the safety and security of the Governor while at Woodburn. The Division of Capitol Police takes great strides to provide a safe and secure environment for the Governor, the Governor's family, guests, staff, and visitors while on the grounds at Woodburn.
