The Delaware Capitol Police is a statewide law enforcement agency responsible for providing police and security services to Legislative Hall, the Tatnall Building, the Capitol Green, the Governor's Mansion, the Supreme Court, Superior Courts, Court of Common Pleas, Family Courts, and Chancery Courts statewide, and the Carvel State Office Building located in Wilmington.

All Delaware Capitol Police officers are State certified and have jurisdiction statewide. Our officers take great pride in ensuring the safety and security of the governor, state legislators, legislative staff, state employees and the people of the State of Delaware.
